Room 1 is around 90 m², room 2 around 80 m². Both have a ceiling height of about 3 m. Room 1 comfortably holds classes of up to 30 people.

Oiled oak parquet – pleasant for dance, gymnastics, yoga and martial arts. Street shoes are not allowed on the floor; dance and indoor shoes of course are.

Yes. One long side of room 1 is fully mirrored over around 12 m, in high quality and without distortion. For classes where a mirror is not wanted, the wall can be covered.

A sound system with a headphone socket, warm-white flicker-free lighting, 30 stackable chairs, course equipment, a changing area, toilets and a small café area with a fridge and snacks.

Yes, access is step-free.

The occupancy plan for both rooms is on the home page. Anything not marked in colour is available to rent.

Yes. Single, flexible hours for your own use start at CHF 10.– per hour.

If the room is free, even on the same day. For a fixed weekly slot we are happy to plan further ahead.

Yes – for workshops, rehearsals, seminars, photo shoots or celebrations. For full days and weekends we will put together an individual offer.

A fixed weekly hour for group classes starts at CHF 140.– per month, which works out at around CHF 35.– per hour. Single, flexible hours for your own use start at CHF 10.– per hour. The full rates are on the Rates page.

The CHF 35.– is the monthly price of a fixed, reserved weekly slot for group teaching converted into an hourly figure – that slot is then reliably yours. The CHF 10.– applies to single, flexible hours for your own use, which we allocate at short notice from the times that are still free.

No. Electricity, heating, cleaning, the sound system and the use of the ancillary rooms are all included.

Fixed weekly hours are invoiced monthly; single bookings by arrangement.

Yes, parking spaces are available directly in front of the building.

From Cham or Steinhausen station it is a few minutes by bus or around fifteen minutes on foot.

After booking we give you everything you need for access. We do not need to be there in person.

Dance of every style, gymnastics, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, theatre and music rehearsals, workshops, coaching, seminars as well as photo and video productions.

Yes. The sound system takes the usual playback devices. Your own equipment is welcome as long as the floor and the fittings are not damaged.

Yes. We present regular tenants on the Classes page with a picture, a short text and a link to their own site.

Get in touch as early as you can – as long as the replacement slot is free we can almost always find a solution.

Our Terms and Conditions and the arrangement in your booking confirmation apply. Early cancellations are straightforward for both sides.

Yes, subject to the notice period set out in your agreement. We keep this simple – we do not want to tie in tenants who no longer need the room.
