Two rooms, one location

At Gewerbestrasse 10 in Cham we rent out two course rooms: room 1 with around 90 m² and room 2 with around 80 m². Both are bright, quiet and easy to reach – right by the Blegi motorway junction, ten minutes from Zug and a few minutes from Steinhausen, Hünenberg, Baar and Rotkreuz.

Dance, gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, a workshop, coaching or a rehearsal: you rent only the time you actually need – a single hour, a whole day, or a fixed weekly slot through the year.

What the rent includes

• around 90 m² respectively 80 m² of floor space, 3 m ceiling height
• a 12 m mirrored wall and oiled oak parquet
• a sound system with a headphone socket
• warm-white, flicker-free lighting
• 30 stackable chairs and course equipment
• changing area, toilets and a café area with a fridge
• parking directly in front of the building

How renting works

1. Check the occupancy plan to see which times are free.
2. Send us your preferred slot through the contact form.
3. We usually reply the same day with a concrete offer.
4. Once confirmed, you get access and everything you need for your class.

The prices are on the Rates page: single, flexible hours from CHF 10.–, a fixed weekly hour for group classes from CHF 140.– per month.
